Hi, Anyone signing up for the zenergy fitness bootcamp? They are running a 2 for 1 special and I need someone to sign up with me so we can split the 285 dollars. I spoke to the company yesterday and they said even if you have already signed up and paid you could add someone to your application and I would pay you the 140+. Hi Jeanette, How funny I was just going online to check and see if there was anyone else interested in this... I called a friend to see if they would be interested, but they weren't too keen on splitting the cost....I would be interested in doing this.... Celina

It is located on the basketball courts by the lake. It is good workout and a lot of fun. I highly recommend!

I am not familiar with Zenergy but the city has a great bootcamp! Its $60 for four weeks. They will be having another one in August and are currently taking registration. I have done it twice and got great results! The instructor Tracy is the best!

Explain to me bootcamps? Fitness? Running, lifting, those kinds of things? How do you find out what kind of events they city has going on?

Can only speak for the city bootcamp but we usually start off with some kind of a warm-up (stretching, jogging, jumping jacks, maybe pushups) Then will move to curcuit training meaning we do a different exercise at different stations. Maybe cardio or upper body work. Then we finish up with abdominal work and finish with more stretching. We really work the whole body and large muscle groups. It can be intense but our instructor lets us work at our own pace. I have only lost 5 lbs but have toned up quite a bit.

You would need to go to city hall and fill out a registration form. She is only taking a total of 30 students for the Aug. session and I heard she already has 16 signed up. This session I am just finishing up now was full and there was a waiting list.
