Anyone else using açai supplements in some form or fashion?

Long and short of it: I was considering Mona Vie, tried it, liked it. But my research has raised questions about the source or the açai used by MV and the amount of the berry that is actually in their juice - they won't tell  you because it's a "proprietary blend."  I don't like that...

Tully's (Fry's Marketplace) sells smoothies with açai from Sambazon (a US regulated Fair Trade supplier).  If you haven't had one, they are really yummy.  But I don't like spending $4.50 plus per day... (That's even more expensive than drinking the Mona Vie juice.)

Anyway, now I'm thinking I'll just buy straight supplements (capsule form) instead of the juice so I can control my intake more specifically.  Anyone else have insight on this?  Anyone tried the supplements?

If you aren't familiar with the stuff... açai is a berry grown in the Amazon and is being hailed as the "new superfood" with super anti-oxidant qualities. In a nut shell, it helps prevent oxidation of your healthy cells - theoretically keeping you healthy and reducing/reversing the effects of stress on your body.  It's 10x more potent than a blueberry.

I also know several people who have had fabulous results from açai.

Repeat after me...
