Alert | I saw this item on tv and was going to buy, until I saw the ones at Walgreens on sale for twenty dollars. At the time I didn't have the money and when I went back they were gone. I was wondering if anyone had this and would let me come over and do some push-ups to see if this is better than doing them on fingertips. Pm me with info please.

Alert | | No gimmicks needed. Just alternate between regular, wide, and diamond push ups. Forget the finger tips- if regular pushups are to easy than elevate your feet on a chair or the back of your couch and do diamond pushups. | | "The jouney of life is as much in oneself' as the roads one travels"

Alert | | When I do pushups I do 5 with my fingertips facing out, 5 with my fingertips facing forward then 5 with fingertips facing toward each other. 3 sets of 15 this way. It is amazing what muscles you work doing them that way!

Alert | | I actually appreciate all your posts however great and grand they are, however I was inclined to see a set of moveable barbells, so to speak, that would allow the penetrable twist to the recieving punch that would remark as memorable repetitive movement. The fingertips, one-leg, fingers in and out, etc.; has been noted in the phsyche, thank you. I was being thrifty in decision making and did not want to persue such activity if product was a sham!

Alert | | They have them at Wal Mart. or you can try the on your back push up they are much easier. just lay on your back and move your arms as if doing a standard pushup. Doing 3 reps of 15 should be plenty for beginners.

Alert | | I am confused to the simplicity of lying on my back mimicing the push-up stance to providing the upper torso with enough strength. I hope they are twenty bucks at Wallyworld; thanks for the info.
