rock was mad at the fact that he had to regress back to the level he came from. He was raised in the Ghetto and digging through the trash like they made him do is considered "for Bums".
I bet he felt like he was going back to the lowest of lows...
It was a bit much.. But I do understand why he did it.

I thought at one point Jen might have a chance, but she has totally lost it....or so it seems.
We only see what they want us to see....all the goof ups, yelling and name calling.
He must see something in Bonnie....she is still there.
I would be surprised if he gave the job to Julia.....other than the show.....she has no training ....as far as fine dining menus, etc.

Alert | Julia is the "rags to riches" story- it would bring people into the restaurant knowing her past and to see how well she was doing. I personally think she had come up with some great ideas...and we're rooting for her to win! Rock is very emotional because hes invested- he wants it so bad he can taste it! I like Rock too, but I think he needs to learn some very important communication skills.
The other thing is that this is a 1 hour show- I'm sure they just show us all the "good" stuff! | |

When it comes to food preparation, you have to do it right, take it from a chef. I went to culinary school and let me tell you it is hard, lots of pressure and you can not make too many mistakes. | |

Alert | I think Ramsey gave her the best gift possible. She would have been in over her head. Now she will learn not only how to cook but kitchen and restaurant management. The Exec Chef is responsible not only for the menu - but the entire management of kitchen operations. Cooking school will take her career many places.

Alert | I really hope Julia takes Chef's gift and uses it to it's full advantage. I was sad to see her go. I really think Bonnie has worn out her welcome. Why not ask Scott or Maryanne about the fish before dumping it? I always ask for a second opinion in my own kitchen before I do something like that! And I'm not a professional chef!
