Alert | This especially youth friendly gathering is on Jan, 27th, there is a pot luck dinner at 6pm with music starting at 7pm. The featured performers are Sid Hausman and Washtub Jerry. Sid, a New Mexico resident, forest service worker and occasionaly dude wrangler writes and sings about the desert southwest and has written some childrens sing along books. Washtub Jerry, a project engineer at McDonald Observatory in Ft Davis Tx, plays the ukelele and tub bass, he has also written books on the ukelele and one called "It Takes Pluck" on building and playing a tub bass. I encourage you to see their web sites, you will not want to miss this show! Bring the children, you will be fascinated together!
