I'm currently rereading "The Virtue of Sefishness." I've also read: Anthem, Atlas Shrugged and Fountainhead. If any of you would like to discuss her philosophies let us hear it.

I read Anthem and Fountainhead in high school. I remember her philosophy really resonated with me back then. I loved Fountainhead and will have to give that one a reread.

I read the same three books in school and was impressed with her ideas. I am sure that the nanny state that we have created in the last few decades would have her in despair.

I love Rand's work, Atlas Shrugged tops my list with Fountainhead a close second. Objectivism is an interesting philosophy and forgive me if I am rusty on it. I remember having issues with it regarding it being just a little selfish, self over all else no matter what the cost. Again, correct me if I am wrong. I suddenly feel the need to ask myself, "Who is John Galt?".
