Alert | | Matt and Suzies baby was really cute. Its amazing to see some of the people from last seasons show and to see if they kept the weight off. What people do not understand is that when they go home they are not working out 5-6 hours a day anymore. Its just not realistic, but I still love the show and it seems a lot of them kept most of it off. I can't wait for next weeks show when Jillians team shows up. Looks to be a good season. | | | |

31 pounds in 7 days???? Wow It took me 7 months to lose 20 pounds. That was working out 4-5 days a week at Lifetime Fitness Bootcamp. | | | |
