OK, I know that they have some of these classes in Scottsdale / Phoenix Area but once again, Is there someone local in Maricopa that teaches Pole Dancing?

I know we don't have much out here yet, but thought I would put it out there.

LOL, Actually I was hoping for some good feedback but haven't got any yet. I was thinking that some of the women would step up and talk about it but no one has yet. I know these classes are getting really big for fitness but I guess women dont want to talk about it.

They sell the poles, the ones that you can take down when not in use, at Fascinations. Buy your own and, um, exercise... at home.

The poles they sell there are not that good. I have a link to a place that has the best ones if you are interested. Some have to be bolted to the ceiling and the floor but there are others that are removable.

Carmen Electra has her own Pole Dancing kit, it is about $140 for the pole. The down side is there is no training video. The pole is removable and can hold a good deal of weight, so you could flip upside down on the pole. One way to get ideas of a pole workout, is to go to a club and watch the pros do it. Then go home and try it out yourself It is always fun, you find out that you have all kinds of muscles you never knew existed!!!
