OK, I know that they have some of these classes in Scottsdale / Phoenix Area but once again, Is there someone local in Maricopa that teaches Pole Dancing? I know we don't have much out here yet, but thought I would put it out there.

LOL, Actually I was hoping for some good feedback but haven't got any yet. I was thinking that some of the women would step up and talk about it but no one has yet. I know these classes are getting really big for fitness but I guess women dont want to talk about it.

I posted a thread looking for fellow belly dancers out in the 'Copa (last year) so maybe we could all get toghether and have a dance night, and mostly guys posted on that thread too......... funny!

They sell the poles, the ones that you can take down when not in use, at Fascinations. Buy your own and, um, exercise... at home.

The poles they sell there are not that good. I have a link to a place that has the best ones if you are interested. Some have to be bolted to the ceiling and the floor but there are others that are removable.

At one point someone replied and said Mountainside Fitness offerred classes for belly dancing.... i have since moved out of the 'Copa and am planning on Taking my next round of classes through Chandler PArks and Rec.....
