Alert | | A fellow resident just inquired about that $47 billing to the new HOA management company. That fee was for the initial wiring of the cable to the house. It seems we've all been paying double to Orbitel for years. The situation is supposed to be presented before the next board meeting. It would be nice if we could get a refund, but I won't hold my breath.

Alert | | That fee was contracted for 30 years and covers the infrastructure--which includes maintenance I guess. Don't look for much change, this has been discussed with no change for years now.
