Have you heard any more from dawn about this? Why would the HOA need to approve something like this when we , individually can have one twice a year? I may have to have one Oct 20 to get it done! |

Alert | | I was thinking either 6 am or 7 am til 11 or noon. I only want to do Saturday, but I would consider Friady also if enough people wnated to. I will post a thread in the main forum to get more traffic if we are going to do this. I will have signs at the main entrance and at Vintage Dr and Santa Rosa Dr and Smith Enke. I will put community wide Sales on my signs if everyone wnats to do this. then, from inside the circle, you can put up arrow signs or your own, directing people to your house or neighborhood. I will get the classified ad on the forum site here, and see what else we can do to get people here to shop our garage sales! Sound good? | |

Alert | Im in, Ill have some stuff out at my place, so I just put signs from the main street, RED, pointing to my place, or do I let someone know that I will be having a sale, and they do it for me.

Alert | | There will be signs at the entrances to RED, off of 347 and Smith Enke stating there is a Community wide Sale. Then you just need to put a sign or arrows even, directing people to your street from the circle--RED Parkway. I hope that makes sense, if not, sned me a PM and we can clear it up! Thanks for letting me know. I am hoping to get some basic flyers out and maybe have a few of the local businesses put them there during the week to get more traffic. I will keep everyone posted. | |
