It seems like some residents of Maricopa think its unlawful for teenagers to be anywhere. Come on folks, if you don't have teens you may one day. Give them a break. Just because they carry a skateboard or are smoking doesn't make them criminals. Didn't you do the same when you were a teen. I am sure you staged some kind of teen rebellion of some sort.
