Alert | In and Out has a commitment to build in the new development behind CVS. There is also a nationwide, fancy Asian inspired food place looking to build in the same development. This is not confirmed, however. And by that, there is no ink on the contract.
Other food places coming to Maricopa
Chilis, IHop, Wendys, Chipotle, McDonald's

Alert | | Chili's & IHOP would be nice. We love Sunrise Cafe, but it's so small it's hard to get a seat sometimes. IHOP isn't my fav but would be nice to have another option in town for breakfast when we don't have time to wait at Sunrise. | | | |
