Alert | The Phantom God comparison made for some good chuckles I'm sure for Phantom. He is still allowed to read the forum since he was grounded, right? (sarcasm with humor)
Well who knows what hypothetically is behind all the above issues, but perhaps the board will get the financial reports they are calling for. How do you make decisions without knowing where the funds are? There's a question to ponder.

Alert | You see, Phantom and his "facts" are like a religion to some. A blind faith. He is like a mystic who can read what others are thinking when he takes their words out of context. He shares his "power" with us less fotunate in order to enlighten us. He can take just parts of sentances and turn them into amazing turths. Like he must be in their mind, and able to read it!
Too bad he could not read Retired Colonol Mark Busch's mind after personal attacks during such a tragic year in his family life. Mark was often working from home and on the weekends to make things happen right for the teachers, and the children. Phantom and his blind followers could have looked into real truths and could see that the district was over 3 million in the hole before Mr. Busch came. You would have to check prior to his arrival and the tightening of many "purse" strings to find out who had lined their pockets as was assumed earlier. Whatever the administration or district problems are, they certainly are not helped by this employee leaving. There are some pretty dependable shoes to fill. Good luck to those who have to find someone who can put up with what some in this city dishes out AND do an honest job with the money in the district.
So to all you whining little panty waisted pansies. Stand up and DO something to build up this school district. Not tear it apart. Act upon your findings that are truly fact, instead of hide behind your little screens. If there is a problem, get out of the house and react to the things that need to be addressed. Do what is right for the children. Your complacancy is as bad as the women on the other thread who is not immediatly doing anything about the things her high school son is telling her.
Sure, any teacher, paraprofessional, district office, or food service employee is afraid to speak up on this forum. Not because of a hand slap from the district, but because of the folks like the one's on on this paticular thread who are ready to pounce, just like phantom used to pounce on the child in his avatar. Librarians get pummeled, food service workers are called names, teachers' ability to teach are questioned in public with their full names in print. I am happy to be in Maricopa, even with all it's growing pains, but some of it's residents sure know how to make life tough by the contstant bashing they do with random school employees.

Anyone who has ever worked for the public knows that there is no way to keep everyone happy. There will always be someone to complain about the job you are doing. Alert | Phantomlover - I agree with many of your comments, however, could you please explain how it is you feel that it is O.K. to call people names and essentially call them cowards for hiding behind a screen name when you are just as anonymous. Now, if you would use your real name and come out from behind your screen, then maybe you would have the credibility that you want.
To call the people of this forum to task for standing up and becoming revealed to make changes based on fact while you throw daggers from behind the cloak is humorous.

Alert | I find it interesting how vehement some get when challenged. I definitely agree that the straight out attacks on teachers and staff is uncalled for, but I also feel that the administrators answer to us, the public they serve. This does not mean we need be tactless in our approaches. Finally, how refreshing is it to read the Legacy posts where no wrong seems to be done anywhere? Its unfortunate that so many positive people are at Legacy and no longer in the district.
Can't say as I blame Busch for leaving, regardless of the reasons.

Alert | I guess I can initially sympathize with mr. Busch with regards to working in a hostile work environment. The same reason teachers are walking out, and resigning in the first quarter of school but who and what is contributing to that? this forum? no, more like teachers still not getting a paycheck. Call the county,I did and they are not the ones at fault.
None of the coaches at the middle or high school have gotten paid as yet wit some of them done with their seasons, and I can bet the board members don't know that either. Supplies that were ordered in July have not been received, computers ordered have not been received and on and on.....
Mr. Busch is not a victim here but part of the problem and now he's Higley's problem, but then he wants to go to a district where children are the priority - how insulting to all the teachers and administrators who work tirelessly to improve our schools. See ya big guy! | | | |

Joy in the roses... trust me, you have bashed many of us employees with your words on a constant basis, we can't feel safe in our work places, in our class rooms, in our kitchens from your attacks.

With this, I know now who you are. Most if not all coaches, if they have been to payroll, know what is going on, as does the GB.... but you already know this. Again just bashing whenever possible I know. And what teacher has left. I know if one who left. I know the situation. Trust me... no loss on that one. The replacement is 10 times better.
I have seen in the other thread about the mom who finally went to to school and how someone earlier (probably one of the school employees too afraid to post, but still wanting to read... kinda like looking at a car wreck!) and that the school is checking into the marijuana bathroom to catch them. She stopped writing about it and DID something about it. She is a hero and so is her son for helping to prevent this from continuing. I wish this family the best with whatever their decision. I also wish the best for Legacy, I think they are doing a great job. I would honestly hate to see any imperfections and one of the whiners get wind of it... no one needs to be attacked, no matter where they work! | | | |

This can't be true!!! There is no school district in the country that would allow coaches to put in an additional 30 hours a week every week without being paid. If this is true this is the most disturbing thing yet. Let me tell you why; so many of the teachers live paycheck to paycheck and although the coaches don't do it for the money the coaches do count on having their money on time to help pay the bills. If the superintendant has allowed this to occur that shows the utmost disrespect for HIS people in this district. I will call a couple of friends and find out if this is actually true, I honestly don't believe it is, but, if it is, then Mark Busch should have been fired, not allowed to resign.
