My honest question is, as a "news" site, with "reporters", why would you stop with what MUSD security and staff have to say, and not "interview" the apparent significant number of "witnesses" who recall the opposite?

Fair and balanced reporting.]...isn't that the name of the game? If you do your due diligence (which includes more than a phone call to the school office) and find claims to be verifiably untrue, then report that it's untrue and leave the thread open for further discussion. Locking it up tight as a drum only indicates an attempt to silence people.

Oh...and if you're reading this (powers that be), please fix the features for this forum so that my italics code will actually italicize and not just show up as code.

Thanks.

Believe it or not, if the school or staff for whatever reason choose not to make a complaint, the authorities will report that nothing happened. However, if the "witnesses" involved wish to contact authorities and state that they feel unsafe in this public environment because (givng very specific details of what occurred), teachers/administrators wouldn't file a report, wouldn't an investigation have to be filed by police, school board of education? How invovled do the witnesses want to become in order to feel safe in their school? It doesn't seem right, but they may have to go out on the limb to make this a safe place for all.

Having been approached by one of our local reporters who openly admitted being part of the White recall team and implicated an 85239 reporter as being part of it as well, tells me that any reporting relating to school or district issues is going to be biased.
