Hello!!!!!

I wanted to let you know that I am providing a "Summer fun" story time for the children at "Second Hand Pages" book store in Maricopa on Saturday August 16th at 10:30am. Please bring your children for lots of beach activities, sharky tales, sandy stories and a variety of fishy songs - its going to be a great morning for your little ones!

Sunscreen, beach hats and sunglasses are recommended for added enjoyment to help the children get their imaginations working!

Hello again!

I was talking to Jen from the bookstore today, and she mentioned that it might be a good idea, to suggest that families bring an item to donate to the "Maricopa Food Bank" when they attend this story time. Apparently, their shelves are quite bare and there are local families in need of this assistance - so please bring a can or two, or whatever you can spare.

After Miss Kerry's storytime, we will also have a special visit from Pepper, the African Grey Parrot. Hopefully Pepper will overcome her shyness and talk for us this time. Hope to see you all there.

Also, if you can, please bring a donation for the Maricopa Food Bank. They are in great need of donated canned/dry goods. Thanks!
