i too prefer lowes....and for me being out in tortosa...its a lot quicker to go to the one in casa grande....not having to deal with the 347 is a HUGE plus!

<<<<"How can I help you?" is on the BACKS of the employee's shirts. Funny, because they are always walking away from you.>>>>>

LOL, very funny!

I can remember years ago when I worked at a HD in MD. We better had greet each customer that crossed our path or we crossed their path. And if someone needed to know where a product could be found, there was no pointing it out or explaining where they could find it. You best walk them to that very item and make sure there was nothing else that you could help them with. It's very upsetting when you go there now and they're not required to do this or it's not enforced. Customer Service has really gone down hill.

Thanks Well the news article states ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,“We just started the deal to build this store, and we are still waiting for corporate approval which can take several months,” according to Lindsey Chapman, regional communications manager for The Home Depot. “However, this looks like a real deal.”

Who knows how long that will take to get approved !(2 yrs??) But it is still awesome it just can't happen soon enough and probably won't. Everytime I get on these threads about something opening I feel like those people who stand in front of the store chanting "Open" "Open" "Open", only I am doing in front of my computer.
