Alert | | I can remember years ago when I worked at a HD in MD. We better had greet each customer that crossed our path or we crossed their path. And if someone needed to know where a product could be found, there was no pointing it out or explaining where they could find it. You best walk them to that very item and make sure there was nothing else that you could help them with. It's very upsetting when you go there now and they're not required to do this or it's not enforced. Customer Service has really gone down hill. | | | |

Who knows how long that will take to get approved !(2 yrs??) But it is still awesome it just can't happen soon enough and probably won't. Everytime I get on these threads about something opening I feel like those people who stand in front of the store chanting "Open" "Open" "Open", only I am doing in front of my computer.
