Alert | We took our kids to see Santa last year as we were riding around looking at all of the lights. That was such a great night out for us with the kids! We will definitely be by to see him again this year. I am so glad that you are doing that here in Maricopa. It is a win win for the community and for our kids.
So nice! | | "Tomorrow is the most important thing in life. Comes into us at midnight very clean. It's perfect when it arrives and it puts itself in our hands. It hopes we've learned something from yesterday." - JOHN WAYNE

Desert Cedars is the development across 347 from Alterra. If you aren't sure where that is either, head south of the tracks and turn left at either Alterra Pkwy. (at the fountain) or Bowlin Rd. (the next traffic light after Alterra).

Alert | Last time we spoke, Santa told me that he would use Plucky, the red billed rain-duck to light his way. I am not sure what he meant about the Maricopa Airport, though. Some of his elves keep saying, "Don't tase me, bro". I am not really sure what that means.
Please keep me updated as my 6 year old REALLY wants to see him when he comes to town.

Alert | Did anyone go to the Santa thing at the racetrack last year? If so, was it worth it? http://visitsantas.com/
Any insight would be appreciated. My son has been eying the construction this year. | | Let X=X

Alert | Just got the Halloween down and up goes the Christmas........
Santa will make is debut on 12/1/07 around 6:00 pm. Bring your camera and unwrapped toy for the less fortunate here in Maricopa.
Just got word that the decorations for the Holiday of Lights have to be up by 11/26 and maps will be available on cityofmaricopa.net website.
Make a couple of nights of viewing all the lights and the decorations. If they are anything like last year young and old will enjoy for sure.
If anyone has any questions please feel free to ask.

| | Just doing it one day at a time. Change is good and it should be looked upon as an improvment! not a problem. ______________________________________ *************************************** San Diego Super Chargers! GO!!! Joined old forum March 2006 Post count: 3068 + these | |
