Michelle DOES support local businesses. She has one of the largest business card displays I have ever seen! That display is packed with cards from local businesses and her counter has lots of overflow cards on it. I understand at some point you have to stop taking cards so it won't take over the entire counter. </div>
Absolutely! When I was in there a week ago the business cards have started to take over the store. And as she rung me up, she gave me a flyer for the trick or treat event in the shopping center. I don't know how much more supportive she could be. | | | |

And then you offer them a refund as they defame you and your store on a public website? Sounds like Michelle and Duderbugs are being run by Nazis.........I hope that my sarcasm comes through. Seems to me that Michelle is a perfectly reasonable business person, even going so far as to address customers concerns listed on a public forum that has nothing to do with her business. Even if its only to make it clear that these 'bad experiences' are mostly do to the fact that customer never gave them an opportunity to make things right. How awful. Seems like most of these complaints could be taken care of by simply making Duderbugs aware of your situation. | | | |
