McDonald's waits until a city has a certain population before moving in I believe.....

There is the article, the article says close to 5k sq. ft. the article was also written before the plans were approved so perhaps it was toned down a bit after the article was written. | |

Alert | For the longest time, I believe a population of 10,000 was required for McDonalds which means it is long overdue in Maricopa. I believe my family stopped at a McDonalds in a po-dunk town north of Payson but south of Petrified Forest after a summer vacation at the Grand Canyon, Painted Desert and Petrified Forest and if one was there, we're way behind. I'll look that town up for giggles but it definitely was not on an interstate or busy highway. | |
