Better to back out before being partially built. Have you seen the eyesore by Chandler Mall. The guy files bankrupcy but still retains the land so Chandler can not take it over and sell it.

I'd be really surprised if we saw a hospital out here any time soon. Gilbert just got a hospital with Mercy Gilbert, and they have a lot more people living there than we do here in Maricopa.

We have an ariport just down the CGM phx reginal airport why build anouther one it would be nice to see a hospital

I dont want a hospital on that corner...(I live in Homestead) 1st it is a LOUSY location... 2nd IF they were to build a hospital a more CENTRAL local would be better...Like off of JWP 3rd Do you really want to hear sirens all different times of the day and night? I thought I read somewhere that this was going to be a medical/dental complex (on the city web page)kinda like what is over by Walgreens.

Stinkerbell, Thats what I heard too (about a medical complex, not a hospital). I looked at UTAZ's site and thats primarily what they build. They have built a hospital before, but 98% of their developments are medical/office buildings.

Do we really need another dentist out here? Good grief! I am not sure why we need an airport either...that would be odd to me- but what do I know? Definitely NOT another denist please!
