Just put some chain link fencing up and throw a teeter-totter in it and you're all set.

While it may be a bummer that they backed out, what's wrong with the locally owned places like Xtreme Fitness, Curves, etc? Those guys need our support.

They'll get my support once they have 20-30 more treadmills and elliptical machines, expand the walls about 1,000ft,and have better rates.

It's like going into an apartment complex's gym and they stink of rotten butt.

So Drummer, Your telling me for a low rate you want to run on a treadmill behind a bunch of people that didnt have beans for lunch. Have you ever even signed up for a gym in your life?? From experience Ive paid alot of money to be at a gym where I walked down the aisles of treadmills looking for an open one while feeling ever eye undress me...then "attempt" to run as fast as the person next to me that farts every time he grunts at himself in the mirror. To bad he just had to have that protein shake earlier.

Bye Bye Maricopa!

If you don't like guys looking at you, then stop wearing your cameltoe spandex shorts and go to Curves (only women)

Yes, I have been a member at a few gyms before.

Bally's and Anytime.

Any other stupid questions?

Please warn me when doing it. That way I can wear speedos...

It's really stinks that Mountainside is backing out, but being in many gyms over the years I can tell you that "Anytime" is your basic "real" gym. It's more for the person who wants to get in, workout and go home. It's not your typical fru-fru gym with pretty lights and Celine Dion playing over the loudspeakers. X-treme fitness should be a personal training studio. It's way too small for general admission. I do agree that we need a larger facility though in town. ... Where's is the proof about Mountainside backing out anyway???
