I have gone to this store 3 times so far and have loved it. She has some really great prices and very nice stuff. The fact that I don't have to go into Ahwatukee for everything is good on time/gas/money. So thank you Duderbugs, wish you guys all the best.

I got a Halloween costume from them on Monday. It looks brand new and was very inexpensive. Plus the owner, Michelle, is a sweetheart.

I think it's the nickname of the store owner's son or daughter?

LVMADONNA, did you happen to see any more halloween costumes there? I need a 6-9 month costume for my baby boy Ethan. Hopefully I can stop in tomorrow.

I had quite a different experience in that store. I found the owner quite rude. Especially when she realized I wasn't there to buy. She hardly looked up from her bag of clothes she was sorting and folding. I won't be back. She also wouldn't allow me to leave my business card there... so much for supporting local business.

Let me get this straight: you go into a business, tell them you aren't buying anything, the owner goes on about her business, you ask to leave your business card, make a nasty note about said business and you think SHE'S rude???
Hrmmmm what business do you work for, just so I remember to stay far far away!

How are the prices? I have lots to get rid of and I need some to buy. Can I sort of do an exchange of items?

michelle is anything but rude. i have been in several times and she has been so kind (and patient with the kids as they play in the playhouse section). the first time in i was looking for sandals for my two-year-old and found a pair of stride-rites for $2.99! Last time I bought the cutest fall dress/jacket for my baby girl for $5.99. you spend that much in gas going back and forth anywhere that sells nice children's clothes. what a great and much-needed addition to the community!

I went there for the first time two weeks ago. I bought the FISHER PRICE CLASSICAL CHORUS STAR PIANO MUSICAL TOY. Anyways, when i got home the thing didn't even work!! I opened the battery part and the batteries that were in there exploded from being old. I did try and put new ones in and so such luck. My first experience was not so good.

They wouldn't refund or at least give store credit for it?

I think the place charges waaaay too much for used products. I understand their rent may be high, but that shouldn't mean they have to try and high ball us.

i THINK that to pay 2.99 for jeans and skirts is good for good used stuff, and name brands. also socks 3 for 1.00, a cute jean hat for 1.99, etc.

Michelle DOES support local businesses. She has one of the largest business card displays I have ever seen! That display is packed with cards from local businesses and her counter has lots of overflow cards on it. I understand at some point you have to stop taking cards so it won't take over the entire counter.
