 Alert | | At least nothing significant for the next 6 months. Does anyone have a timeline for Walmart or is it just hearsay? I hear a lot of "I hear this is coming, I hear that is coming" can anyone come in here with some concrete proof that a business is coming to town? I am not talking about something silly like a store selling cowboy gear or another specialty store that only 5 people in town shop at. The biggest thing I have heard of that is confirmed is the new grocery store that a lot of people received mailers for. Can anyone CONFIRM anything else? | | | |

Alert | I've spoken with a couple city officials about it and we spoken of a couple things that are coming. They are in the permit process as we speak.
So how do you know that nothing is coming? | |

No panic there are just a lot of unsubstantiated threads in here about what is coming. We need a thread that is stickied that has a list of confirmed things that are coming to town. I posted a while back that hooters was coming and later said it was a joke but I still hear people in town that are convinced hooters is arriving soon. I just want to see less speculation and more information that is confirmed and correct.

Absolutely.
Also if I can get the rest of the funding I need for my laundromat-check-cashin'-liqueur-dollar-store-and-super -pawn-depot we will have that. Its going to be huge.
