Yes High. They are pushing along quite nicely. Just about a month ago I didn't even have a foundation. Now my drywall is already up.

Wow! If you are closing in August, They are really moving on your house. We have had drywall for almost a month and we aren't scheduled to close until Sept 7th. Is DR Horton your builder? They seem to be moving along quite a bit faster than Pulte.

My builder is Pulte, I'm scheduled to close the end of October. We just barely got our cement... so well see. We are at the end of the 3rd qr so I'm sure they will hustle to get it done in time.

Yes my builder is DR Horton. They do seem to be going up a bit faster than Pulte, but my specific house is being pushed a long as a priority because of the many delays that kept occurring back in April and May. I finally complained until I got a hold of the East Valley Sales Director for DR Horton. Within a week everything was sorted out and they've been flying through the build process ever since.

city wouldn't let them go vertical on the houses until the streets were paved, city prolonged the build.

You will be suprised how fast they can move sometimes. Keep watching!

Hmm, I tried to quote someone and the code displayed. It looks like html is not only blocked in the signatures, but all through the forum.

We are building with Pulte. Suppose to be done in mid-September. We can't wait.

What is the quote for build time for DR Horton? Just curious, as were going to be checking them out on Monday.
