I've never been to one, but will definitely visit it when it opens! Having it be a good atmosphere for the family sounds great too.
I think 2008 is when the commercial development will match what we currently have here. This town did not pull up stakes and fold during the housing downturn as the worst naysayers had predicted. There is still more stagnation in home values to go through, but next year at this time we should have a pretty good idea how low things will go...most economic forecasts predict a turnaround in 2010. I know, I know...it sounds far off, but it is only two years and two weeks away.
My guess is that the Maricopa of 2010 won't even be recognizable to the folks who recall the Maricopa of 2004 (or earlier).

Alert | We're looking forward to this place. I've been once or twice while traveling but the wife has never been. She loves salad bars so hopefully it's pretty good.
Do they really not have free refills? Seems like all the big places do. That used to annoy us but lately we haven't minded too much since it forces us to drink less soda. We usually just share one and call it quits. We can go buy a 2 liter bottle for 99 cents if we're still thirsty!

if they're charging $2.50 you're right, they should be giving free refills.

Alert | | True dat! The refills are free! I used to always go to RT when I was living in NC. Can't wait until they open. Also just got back from Vegas over NY and while on my flight out there I sat with a reator and she informed me that QC is in worse shape than we are with the housing situation. She also told me that the Copa will be a much more desired community to live. We were talking about the commercial side of life and she told me that it will catch up to the residential at this point. So, Gila Guy you must be correct. Some of her associates have been selling commercial property like hot cakes according to their stats. Good Deal. | | Live every day as if it were your last and smile!
