Alert | I prefer BK but oh well, I know many folks will enjoy the cheeper burgers at Mc D's. At least the development is starting to happen again. Maybe we will see other businesses announce their openings next year soon too.

A person after my own heart!! LOL!! I love it! You forgot to mention that the dentists will also like the revenue increase, as the little tykes' teeth rot out from consumption of sugary drinks.
I am STILL cleaning the coffee off of my screen.

Alert | I would never let my kids play in those places when they were little. Somebody did a documentary on all of the things they found in those pits full of plastic balls - mostly from leaking diapers. My only consolation is that there's a sheet of glass between that place and my hamburger!
Hey Sapo, maybe we can convince them to add some McToad to the menu as a local delicacy | | Stupid should hurt!

Alert | Add me to the anti-germ bandwagon! I have never, and will never let my kids play in those things. My kids don't even ask anymore!
I know there is a progression as to what places set up business, but really, do we need another fast food joint? I worry about Maricopa's health! | | If you can't spot the loser, it might be you

Alert | | You won't be seeing the whites of my eyes in the place, but the tax revenue will be good for the city. My kids have never seen the inside of one of those nasty things. They are germaphobes just like me and didn't WANT to go in. Blah blah blah. I know there are a lot of people that say the more your kids are exposed to germs the healthier they will be. My kids have never had medication for infections. ACK. Walgreens and CVS better stock up on antibiotics. Indoor play area = our living room and 100 board games, puzzles and books. | | Yes, that's really my name

Alert | | Yay! My two year old will be excited. His new favorite food is their apple dippers... he doesn't even want french fries anymore. Crazy, but I'm not arguing!

Alert | | LOL....Good point, but I'm sure it will still be packed! Especially the first few weeks. My kids are teens now and they didn't get sick from these types of play areas and they always had a blast. I'd probably feel pretty sick if I saw the documentary as well. I'm just excited to see Maricopa grow and more to do for the kids. Happy Holidays!

Seriously? We have the 347, the Cow haze and the, not 1 but 2, tire storage places and you are worried about a new fast food place???? Those other 3 are out of "our" hands BUT the Super sized Big Mac thats all "your" hands!!!
Is there going to be complainers about EVERYTHING we get here?!?!

Alert | Actually if McDonalds is coming people should be excited. I remember reading an article about McDonalds and everyones misconception of them.
One of the owners asked a single question.
"What business am I in?" The immediate answer was burger or fast food. His reply was "NO". "I am in the Real Estate Business" McDonalds only builds where they see growth and opprotunity to make money off the land their restaraunts are on.
Think about their locations around the valley and you can see that is very true. It will be interesting to see where the McDonalds is built.
You may not like the food or the playground but the business coming here is a positive. | | "The jouney of life is as much in oneself' as the roads one travels"
