Yup.

It is coming in January.

Will be on the East side of JWP near CVS.

That will sure make the commute more bearable. They now have hot breakfast sandwiches too. <img src='http://www.85239.com/desktopmodules/ntforums/images/emoticons/biggrin.gif' height='20' width='20' border='0' title='Big Grin' align='absmiddle'>

Hmmm, no dirt being turned as of today, but you're predicting a store to open in 2 months? Maybe January 2012. I don't think Starbucks qualifies as an anchor store, and that development is in need of two anchor stores before they break ground. Next.

Call Pinal County Elections to register to vote by mail. We need our citizens to show up to vote!

Don't forget to vote on May 20!

I do not know EXACTLY where it is going near CVS. I'm thinking perhaps on the north side of the Fry's Center.

Was told by my GF who is an Asst. Mgr. of a Starbucks in Chandler.

She has put in for the Asst. Mgrs. position already for the store coming here.

While I am not a huge Starbucks fan... I do LOVE a drive thru coffee place!! More convenient with a lil one! I heard it was coming too but not until later next year...

I don't think the buildings on the north side of Frys Center are capable of being a drive-thru operation.

From my understanding there is no anchor stores as of yet, and without a commitment from one the build will not start(Not that could have clanged in the 3 weeks that I was with the development company who is working on that site). However, with that being said, I do know Starbucks was suppose to submit a letter of intent to build. Dirt and 2 months is not realistic, that much I do know! It would be located in the center that is being built next to CVS. On Smith Enke.

There's also another CVS that is slated to be built on Porter. Maybe it's going in there.

I'm quite sure it won't be January, but I will be throwing a party when they do come!!! I can't wait to get my caffeine fix without having to haul a 2 year old and a 3 month old into a grocery store.

Starbucks' coffee tastes burned - all the time! It's probably the yukkiest stuff I've ever tasted. The best thing to do is buy yourself a nice little electric coffee grinder. Set it for 8 cups, press the bar, put the grounds in your own coffee pot, and you're got a wonderful full pot of coffee. Much better than Starbucks!

There already is a Starbucks for those of you who are waiting in Basha's. Desertgal I agree with you, the taste is due to double roasting to keep up with their volume.

No actually I am very comfortable with both Starbucks and Tully's we all have a different product and I welcome the competition. heck I knew they were here before we bought. Just for the record I frequent Tully's daily :-)

This sounds like a good thing because now I'll be able to order a Frappuccino without even getting out of the car!

But, I wish a really good "local" coffee shop would open. One with free Wi-fi. And baristas that could actualy pull good shots of espresso and don't re-heat the milk 10 times before serving it to you. But before I start sounding too snobby I do enjoy a good Frappuccino. All of that sugar and milk masks the nasty espresso!

Oh yeah, and I forgot to mention that I'll be going through the drive-thru in my new H3.

Haha, just kidding, we're normally pretty cheap. But we just like quality things that's all. That's why I'm not a huge fan of Starbucks! Hehe.

There is no better coffee in the world than Starbucks! They have dozens of different blends and pricing options that beat out pretty much every body. The taste makes other coffee places taste like Circle K's.
