Alert | the one time i had resort to using these type of businesses was when i was in college. not enough money to keep in the bank and being a student you can't afford to live in luxury, unless you have mommy and daddy to help. and i had lived in the ghetto, thank god i was out.
i hate those payday/title loan places, i've seen several people ruin their finance really bad. if you don't have money, then quit buying. why is it that people spend more than they can earn. | |

i wouldn't say it's "all illegals", but also those who does not believe in having a checking account, have had bad bank history, and those do not like to be traced by the IRS for having an income.
