 Alert | I received a text message from one of his elves. He's going to visit the various places: Walmart, QT, Hooters, Harkins Theater, TGIF, In-&-Out Burgers, Chilli's, Target, Home Depot, Lowes and then he may stop at Harrah's for a spin on one of the slot machines.

Alert | No rumor he'll be in Desert Cedars on the weekends for all the kids to come and say hello and have their pictures taken.
He'll be collecting new toys and food to help out the elves get things for the less fortunate.

Alert | Yep, Mr.& Mrs. Claus will be available for pictures each weekend in December. As last year he'll be collecting unwrapped toys and food for the less fortunate here in Maricopa. All donations will be given to the Maricopa Police and/or Fire Department for distribution.
More information will follow as we get closer to the holiday's. | |

Alert | Santa Claus WILL NOT be coming to Maricoipa. He planned to come, and the press release from the North Pole said he really wanted to come. However, he received an e-mail from the city planning department saying that he would need nine parking spots for his eight reindeer, and that he would have to come up with half the cost of street improvement for any street he visited. Santa respectfully declined. If you're expecting a toy, you can pick it up in Chandler.

Alert | And that's not all. The last time Santa came here, he ate at Ramsey's and some firefighters kicked the crap out of him for no good reason. The reindeer had too much to drink to get off the ground, so they walked up 347. The milled asphalt tore up the rails on the sleigh and they were all nearly killed when someone ran the light at Riggs. Santa actually thought about moving here, but can't buy the 3.3 acre plot with 8 reindeer...he can only have 6.6 big critters.
Besides that, he hates Tim White and the recall failed, so there is NO WAY Santa will be back here...at least for 3 more years.
