i have a seriously underdeveloped sense of smell. which i suppose i should be grateful for at times. i inherited it from my mom, she once baked a volley ball for 45 minutes and never smelled a thing!

Difference between townies and hicks: They talk about their poo like we talk about our wine!

All domesticated species fecal odor comparisons aside...... tonight will be an acid test for Rand's bar. I bet he is going to get slammed with business and I hope the wait staff is up to the challenge. I think we will need to be laid back and understanding, laugh it off, and let it all sort itself out.

My strategy will be to buy two at a time, and when one is done, order a third, adinfinitim. I plan on settling in at a table in the bar and enjoying the show!

see y'all there

cheers
Jack

We went to Raceway last night and had a great time! The wait staff did a fantastic job keeping us supplied with cold beer and were very friendly. We just had appetizers and they were good also. The owner came around with pizza for everyone to sample. It was very good and we will definitely order it in the future. We know it's a place we'll return to!

Oh, and why can we have a thread derailed to the point of discussing various "poo", but I got admonished for refering to a certain bovine fecal matter being spewed in another thread? Something stinks and it's not just the "poo" around here.

I was out there with friends last night too. Good food, familiar waitresses and customers!! The patio is gonna be really nice--dare I say ROCCCKKKK--once it's finished, with not only a pool table and a full bar there are also bathrooms available out on the patio. No dance floor but plenty of room on the patio for dancing.
It was plenty busy last night even though they are only serving wine and beer until Thurs,I don't think anyone went very long without a drink!
BTW, there is more then just a rumor that they will be hosting poker Monday night!

The red head is BACK!! (and still mouthy)

I can't wait to "patron" this establishment. I first heard about it a few days after the "other" place was closed through the rumor mill at Auto Zone of all places lol! They aren't kidding when they say "Get in the Zone" lmao!

I've been watching this thread and waiting to gauge the responses. Sounds like we may have found a true hang out for all the people of Maricopa and Hidden Valley!

And lets not forget... Pool Tables lol!
