Alert | <div class='NTForums_Quote'>Posted By My3AAAs! on 08/27/2007 3:15 PM
My husband and I were looking at homes for his mom 2 weeks ago and the sales off did say that there was a target coming. It's across the street from Beazer homes. So YEAH on target coming here.</div>
Vestar Developments has committed to build a mall next to Beazer homes. Target has a history of being in these malls but there has been no commitments from anyone yet. It will be a 900,000 square foot facility.

Alert | Palo Brea is the Beazer homes community.
Beazer is on the way out the door though. Slow sales and overextending thmeselves in this region really did them in.
In regards to Target coming in, yes they will be one of the anchors of the Vestar property but the projection has been pushed out 4 years.

Alert | | I don't want to burst any bubbles, cause believe me I want a Targe just as bad as you. There is a fertilizer plant right where you described. The target trailer is most likley there to be loaded with their product and not to advertize a new building/ | | Senior Member 406 posts Joined May 2005

Alert | When I read the first post in this thread, my immediate thought was "OMG, that trailer is picking up bags of fertilizer at the Hyponex plant!"

Alert | | If you go into the Shea @ Villago office, there is a map showing where wal-mart is being built (down by the casino). Shea Properties is the developer. They also mention multi-residential property. I guess wal-mart employees are going to need a place to live.
