Alert | I don't want to be rude, but I have to. I am tired of untrue rumors on this site. I drove by this afternoon. I cannot believe that the o.p. thought this was a future Target site. For one, the whole lot was covered with piles and piles of fertilizer. It looked nothing like a future build site. Not to mention it said Scotts Fertilizer at the entrance 30 feet over, oh and there was a Walmart and Ace hardware trailer. They must fill them up for sale in the stores. Then to top it off you didn't get your road names straight before you posted. !!!!!!!!!!!!!! close this thread out because it is now a waste of time to read!!! This is how homebuilders start spreading rumors to prospective buyers, then they get their hopes up for nothing.

Alert | J-Wal.....I may be wrong, you may be too. The way the trailor is right in front of the road looked promising. Not trying to start any rumors.

Alert | | I should have written down some of the things that our sales people told us. Amusement park, 4 lane divided highway, bridge over railroad tracks, 2 new high schools within the year are just a few that I remember. | | If you can't spot the loser, it might be you

Alert | | Oh I know that the sales people will tell you anything they think you want to hear but considering that some people saw a Target trailer, they just might have been telling the truth. I am still skeptical until I actually see the construction happening.
