Alert | | OK, came ,saw, got it cut an colored! Greg was wonderful! I love my hair. My hubby NEVER notices when I do anything with my hair. Came home today and he said "WOW you look really younger"...Now you have to realize that I am 53 so anytime ANYBODY says I look younger I am thrilled...Thanks Greg!! | | | |

I'm the type of gal that changes up color every 4-6 weeks and is super picky with my trendy razored hair cut. Does this salon stay on top of all the latest cuts and colors? I went and had him color it to cover all my stupid grey hairs and within two weeks my color was out and they grey was shining bright. He only did my roots and I thought for sure if I had it done professionally, then it would last. I felt let down, a hundred bucks to get the same effect as a box of revlon. Boo hoo. | | | |

that is not a small gripe! I am so sorry. We do have a two week policy that if you are not happy we will fix it for no extra charge. This is also how we get to know your hair. For example, if you have resistant grey, than we will make a note in your file to add extra pigment.
We would like to make everyone happy but that may not always happen, If anyone is not completely happy than please come to us so that we can fix it!

Don't get me wrong! I still love the salon and I had so much fun. Greg gave me a great cut. I just figured the next time I go in I'll let him know what happened and he can tweak it. No worries! Not spreading bad vibes to ya'll - still had a great experience.
