They are. This is part of the new "Maricopa Tax Act of 2007". In order to pay for a new airport DPS has joined the fight to collect taxes through the use of photo radar. | | | |

Ah, so they're wasting our tax dollars by issuing tickets that won't stand up in court. Signs are required, everyone who gets a ticket should fight it. | |
