Well, it will depend on the construction during rush hour.
Will they be able to take off or land in opposite traffic....
Your tax dollars at work. LOL

I still want to know who, at City Hall, has the plane?

Let X=X

Here is a thought...don't take short cuts. Wait your turn at the lights just like everyone else. It isn't a new concept. There are so many places in this town that cops should be patrolding, like Smith-Enke between Porter and the Province area...it is 35 mph and people pass me like crazy. I don't understand people sometimes. I believe these speed limits are intended for our safety not just to irritate us. Even though there are many areas in town that the limits are too slow but there are limits nonetheless. Enjoy your driving!

This probably all started with that dentist that was trying to stop people from driving through behind Walgreens. I heard at one point there were people from his office out in the parking lot throwing bags of trash and other items at the cars going by. We all see where that one ended once the dentist started stopping cars on his own. There were many business not too happy with him. I go to the eye doctor next to the dentist and I heard the dentist was pretty upset about people cutting through the parking lot. Other businesses seemed to like that people drove through because their business was being seen. Who knows!

That's an interesting comment considering when one guy did stop and confront the dentist it hit the front page and that guy got a lot of local criticism.

I think damaging someone's vehicle would fall under "vandalism of private property" or "destruction of public property".........I can understand the dentist's viewpoint but throwing stuff at people driving by might get you shot..........

Might want to verify facts. Unless I'm mistaken, that dentist does not have office staff (at all, he works solo). Pretty hard for his people to run out and throw things at cars then. But that is a pretty good rumor to start about a business owner concerned with idiots making the parking lot their own on ramp.

Happy Holidays

Nothing that a few well placed speed bumps wouldn't cure.
