How about this, it's radical, but it just might solve this: You admit that you misunderstood what I said and that you weren't aware or forgot that they have stated that there will be citizen patrols?

I get it.. you weren't being asinine.. you were just being sarcastic... ya, THAT'S it... backpedal away J... ... but please, enlighten me (and others) where it was stated (in any previous articles) that the MPD was going to "enlist" civilians to enforce traffic violations and issue traffic citations from said civilians... until then, your talking out of your anus... and/or post-showboating... Here it is in simple terms. The letters are merely a notice. No charges will result from them. Hopefully people will get the clue after 1 or 2. The Chief has used a similar program before so I am sure he is aware of the logistics involved.
