People who do the speed limit or under can cause accidents too.  They can be on the phone, doing makeup, dealing with their kids in the back seat or one of many other distractions that might cause an accident.

It isn't always the speeder.

You all make me laugh. Talking about wanting others to obey the law and yet you are the ones breaking it too. What a joke!!
I'm pointing out the hypocrisy in the strictly-speed-limit person's argument that they can clog up the left lane. They're the ones talking about adherence to the law, so I'm trying to talk on their level. All I want is smooth traffic flow. My position is consistent, theirs is not.
You do know that driving 20+ miles over is criminal speeding and you could lose your license for that??
Actually, it's 21+ MPH. And how come it's these same people that will insist on strictly going the speed limit that are racing up to 90 MPH to stop me from passing? Hmmm?
Plan on leaving your house earlier so you don't have to rush to wherever you are headed.
I'm not rushing, I just want to use the cruise control, going at least the speed limit dang it.
And to all you speeders who think it is ok to go as fast as you do, the day you hit me or kill someone in my family, you can bet you will be riding a bike to work, the mall, school, or wherever you seem to be in a hurry to get too.
Gotta love the smell of hypocrisy in the morning.
