Alert | | i have, for the last 10 years, gone to GoodYear Advanced Auto in Ahwatukee. they are between 48th st and 52nd st on Warner. In the little strip mall on the North side of the street. they have always been straight forward, always call before doing the work, and have also refused to do some things because they weren't sure if that was the problem or not. So, of course they saved me money. Contact them at 480-496-0083. I don't work there, just a very satisfied customer.

Alert | | We recently had some work done at Fletcher's on John Wayne Parkway. They did a good job and we felt the charges were fair for the work done.

Alert | We just took ours to Honeycutt Auto Plaza (Maricopa Auto Plaza?) today. Some others on the board recommended them. The quoted us over $300 less than about 5 other places did. And one of the guys showed us what the problem was and told us if we could find the part cheaper (like online) that they could put it in. Good service so far but we'll know for sure when we pick it up later!

Alert | | Avoid Freeway Chevrolet at all costs. I just had work done there and had to take it back 3 times for them to fix it right. The worst part is they acted like they could care less. I will never go back.

Alert | Posted By celltech on 12/12/2007 11:45 AM Avoid Freeway Chevrolet at all costs. I just had work done there and had to take it back 3 times for them to fix it right. The worst part is they acted like they could care less. I will never go back. I completely agree. I had two new cars through them. They weren't able to fix the first one and the second one they flat out refused, telling me that the transmission had to completely fail before they would do anything, despite obviously sapped power and slipping. They had a decent service manager who was actually working with me on the transmission issue, but they let him go at the beginning of last year, and that's when it all went downhill. Never going to Freeway and never getting another Chevy again (GM was of no help). | | Joined: Jul 2005

Alert | | Avoid Honda Cars of Mesa at all costs. they will charge you storage on your car if you do not pick it up. Carl the Snarl, Service Manager, is quite a piece of work. | | Hay! I am now running for VPeep!

Alert | | I go to Fletcher's on 40th St and Chandler Blvd. They have been good to me - and everytime I go to the one in town - they tell me they can't do an oil change for 3 or 4 days. . .

Alert | If you drive a Caddy, Buick, Pontiac or GMC vehicle, the place to go is Coulter Motors, Elliot and I-10 in Tempe.
The folks there are very customer service oriented. After every service, customers receive a letter containing the service manager's direct telephone number and is requested to call him if unhappy for ANY reason.
They've done all my service and repair for over 10 years and I have never had to call. They are honest and will not fix anything that isn't broke.
All the employees are considered part of the Coulter family and most, including even their new and used sales staff, have 10 or more years of service with the firm.
Call 480-940-6001 and ask for Bruce Jarvis to make an appointment for major stuff. Most service work can be done same day without an appointment.
I am not connected with Coulter Motors in any way, I'm just a 10 year satisfied customer.
