Why is it that people stop in the right lane of Smith-Enke just after the 347 intersection? Why aren't people pulling into CVS or the Villages? Instead they are endangering the life of the officer. Is there a good reason I'm overlooking?

Uh, because they are stupid and panicing because they got pulled over!
