 Alert | This morning around 7:15 a.m., a passenger car going southbound on SR 347, veered into the desert and rolled over. The incident took place about a mile north of Casa Blanca Rd.
The Gila River Police Department and Gila River Ambulance responded. There did not appear to be any injured parties.
There was minimal effect on traffic going in both directions.

Alert | | It was odd. There was NO traffic going that direction. It must have just happened because no emergency vehicles were there yet, but I saw emergency vehicles when I got to Riggs. Oh, and by the way, NICE ONE - Love the Ikon truck who wouldn't move out of the way for the fire department. I hope everyone was okay. | |

Alert | | It is sad to see when a car can make it ALL the way to the other side of the freakin highway. Thank God he/she did not land into another car innocently passing by on the opposite side like a previous accident we had a couple of weeks ago. Their scenario did not turn out so good. Yes I saw it briefly. I was not in the brake check crowd but I did see it before any police/ambulance showed up. What startles me is people say don't drive fast, but then when you try to drive slow or even at a reasonable speed, there are still drivers wanting to go faster! Now, I know I am not one of the slow poke drivers, but dang, how many accidents do we have to have. | |

Alert | | I would like to know what the heck are we going to do when they have the construction going on both 347 and casa blanca................yes startiing tomorrow, casa blanca will be under construction! And what about the updates telling us that they will be working on one particular side of 347 and turns out they are on the other side. I am tired of driving and hour and a half to get home when it should only take 35 minutes. Tonight I left work at 9pm, from Tempe, took the 10 to casa blanca and was trying to turn left onto the 347, but there was no left turn, as they just so happened to be working on the left right there at casa blanca, so come to find out they were working on both sides of the hwy. So i had to drive a mile and a 1/2 to turn around and still get stuck in the traffic jammmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. Whew thanks for listening! I can't wait to get up and do it again tomorrow. Will this really end on the 25th of October? | | | |

Alert | | Must have been a Republican behind the wheel. I swear some people are really friggin dumb when it comes to driving. I wonder if the Dukes of Hazard song was playing when he/she jumped. They should have arrested that person for trying to do stunts outside of County Fair grounds. | |
