Is that traffic light ever going to be working or is it just for show?

There is NO good reason for this light to not be working! I know when I worked for the school over a year ago, I had been asking for a light at that corner for at least 3 years! I was told stuff like, "All the traffic lights are headed to New Orleans."

Someday a bus load of kids is going to get nailed pulling out of that street...then it will become a priority!

Every person that lives in that neighborhood or that deals with that dangerous situation should be writing city hall or making phone calls daily! If dealing with the outcry became a big enough pain, it would get resolved!

That is my concern as well. How many more accidents have to happen before it works?

I go all the way around to Bowlin and exit at the light. I do not feel like taking the risk or sitting in that loooooong line!

I also hate that to make a right hand turn there, there is no turn lane. you just have to wait for the left hand turners to turn....I too usually take Bowlin.

Who do we complain too? Give me a number....I can guarantee it will be disconnected by Tuesday night. My daughter said her bus almost got hit.

I am in Sedona so can't look up a number from here. I just went to the city of maricopa webpage and wrote to everyone I could find.

I used to call city hall when I worked at the school.

This seems like one of the most critical sights to have a light and I think it is AWFUL that it is not being taken care of. It is YEARS too late!!!!!!!!!
