 Alert | | It looks to me that there is room to make the 347 three lanes wide...simply reduce the left border by a foot and the right side by a couple of feet...the lanes they give us to travel in are already plenty wide enough for a truck to travel in....lets make them narrower and give up a little piece of the shoulders and make the 347 three lanes wide!!!....now...no excuses | |

I even heard once that the land that is it on is kind of rented from the reservation and that they will not allow it. I dont know if that part is true but it sounds like it could have somethign to do with it. | | | |

Alert | | It might be able to handle three, but the lanes would be pretty narrow and there would be a narrow shoulder, if any. There is no way it could handle 4 without very narrow lanes and no shoulder. | |

Alert | | i can handle the three narrower lanes...they are wide enough as it is...as is the shoulder...and as was suggested by another poster...it would be nice if they paved over some of the center divider and put in a retaining wall...or even some of those wire barrier fences | |
