Why are there so many different threads on this topic? Can't we all just reply to one so we don't have to shop around for the latest information?

Because the threads aren't all about the same thing maybe? My thread was to warn people about the problem on 347 this morning so that they could leave their houses earlier than they normally do in the hopes that they wouldn't be as late as I was. How useful would that information have been if it was buried at the bottom of a 6 page thread titled 'the 347 sucks'? shrug

I thought it was clear I was referring to the traffic on the 347 on 8/14, not general reasons why it sucks. It would be helpful to have all 8/14 goings-on in the same thread.
