Ok...this happens on the daily and its REALLY fustrating! If you see a line waiting to get onto the HWY, why not wait in line like everyone else? It urks me that people are so rude. Sure, I hate waiting but you have to do it. Most people they cut in front of, try to block them, like myself, the the idiots dont even have the balls to look at you while the do it or while they are driving...

well when I see a semi at the front of the pack I will cut in front of it...big waste of green light time for every one to wait for the slow semi.

understood...but not in front a car/truck. Thats just asking for trouble. I saw this happen 2 weeks back were it caused Roadrage and both people were flipping each other off and chasing each other on the 10. Not to side with them, but it does piss you off.

People do this because ADOT can't get a 2nd turn lane in there fast enough. Supposedly, it's scheduled to be completed later this year, but this is something that should of been done over a year ago. It should be a relatively easy project that can be completed on a weekend, but ADOT will most likely have it restricted for several weeks. At least it's finally getting done though.

it's because people don't think the rules apply to them. there is no sense of responsibility or courtesy anymore.
I am that person that will tailgate the car in front of me to prevent you from cutting in front of me. OOPS! you missed the freeway entrance? not my problem, you would have made it just fine if you got in line like everyone else! I follow the rules, so should you!

ADOT actually has nothing to do with the mentality of the people that are doing this. They are just in too big of a hurry to show any respect to anybody else. ADOT will put in a 2nd turn lane and we'll have rtards cutting in from the 3rd lane if there is traffic.

nice avatar.

people do it because they are way too important to wait in line like the rest of the world. their job shuffling papers accross a desk is more important than anyone elses job shuffling paper. so they must get there earlier.

but, if you take maricopa road behind firebird you can get on with no waiting, and usually in front of the people going up queen creek... wait scratch that, i don't want more traffic on my way to work

{People act STUPID.. and they can give a Rats butt about anyone else.. but if it happens to them.... ROADRAGE!!!!

It piss me off too.. Guilty of the one finger salute to them too!

Just doing it one day at a time. Change is good and it should be looked upon as an improvment! not a problem.

It's gotten so bad and I think it is really dangerous. Once there was an accident in the left-turn lane right near the actual onramp and so this lady pushes her way in front of me as I am trying to get out of the lane because of the accident. Boy was she mad and then realized she recklessly pushed herself into a lane that wasn't moving. Anyway, I eat the extra time and take another, more safer route. I am not going to deal with these insane people anymore.

Vinny, don't drive to downtown Phoenix then. The roads are worse and the drivers are just as bad. In addition you have pedestrians who think walking in the middle of the road is okay, at any time. People will literally step in front of moving cars. And don't get me started on those who drive the wrong way on the one-way streets. That happens at least once a week.

The 347 is bad, but driving the 347 is better than the 60. At least people aren't getting shot at (yet) and you can drive faster than 25 mph. However, I won't use the Queen Creek entrance ramp!

I think the problem is that the entire Phoenix area grew so fast and the freeways and roads were built 20 years behind schedule.

Good deal vinny. Get the renters out so the investors are foreclosed on and the buyers can get good deals for their HOMES.

i think your looking at that the wrong way. so many houses are for sale or in foreclosure already. I think the renters are keeping the entire town from looking like a ghost town. Personally there is no way i would waste money on a house in this inflated market. i'll spend $10,700 in rent for the term of this lease. how much has the average maricopian lost in equity in their house? the owner of my rental bought for $278k, the neiboring houses are selling for $170k-200k. i think i came out ahead because of my foresight in this housing market....

by the way, the investor that will get screwed if there was no tenant in this place lives in VRED, not some out of town guy that will never see the place. so, a fellow maricopian would lose his shirt.

Ok, so when do you think the housing market will turn around out here?

This thread is about dead anyways Vinny and it's been brought up 10 billion times already. Just throw your opinion out there, since you already started talking real estate in this thread earlier.
