While in another post it was evident that we all want someone that can cross party lines to do what is best for America, is McCain your real choice.

I know that many conservatives have a problem with this guy, but isn't he just another "loyal Bushy"?

Ini 2000, Rove and Bush waged a huge smear campaign against this guy.  His time as a POW made him insae, he is gay, his wife is a druggy, McCain has black children, push calls before the election, Bush using veteran groups(much like the Swift Boat Vets) to attack McCain military career, etc...

Sure, there are some examples of where this guy crossed party lines, but if this isn't a loyal Bushy--I'm not sure what is.

What makes him a loyal Bushy? You explained all the mud issues, but real Issues are you speaking about. I am not a big fan of McCain, but I am curious what you mean by Loyal Bushy?

What does it mean?

Welfare's purpose should be to eliminate, as far as possible, the need for its own existence.

Let's talk about his loyalty to his lobbyists.

All McCain wants to do is continue what Bush is doing...NOTHING.

It's a lose lose for me this election, I supported Thompson, then Romney and now left with McCain. I guess John will get my vote because Obama as President scares the hell out of me.

According to the non-partisan Congressional quarterly and National Journal, Obama was the most liberal Senator in 2007 with a 97% rating. This puts him to the left of the self-described socialist Senator Sanders from Vermont. Obama endorsed Sanders when he ran and Sanders has endorsed Obama. If it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck........

I was refering to McCain being scarier than Obama.
I'm well aware of Obama's socialistic views.
