Alert | Here is something to think about What about the Parapalegic that was thrown out of the wheelchair What about the woman in Stark County Jail, that had her clothes torn off her body, from 7 different officers, including her panties, while she was handcuffed and left her to sit in a jail cell for 6 hours with nothing to cover herself up with. Strip search on a woman must be done by a woman, however you can clearly see there are men involved, this is at a police station People, WTF We all sit back and say its not going to happen to me, or that is happening over there, well people over there is HERE If you knew these people you would be disgusted, and if you saw this on the street you would immediately say oh he or she must have done something wrong This is what they want you to believe, then if you get involved you will be taken to jail, Martial Law If something like this happened to my wife, or my friends I can gaurantee you results and it would have nothing to do with a person loosing his job. We are going to need to stand up stop taking this kind of treatment, these are American Citizens, people just like you or I. Watch the video and make a decision for yourself, why would a police officer, while asking a citizen questions shut off the camera, then when it is turned back on, she has a broken nose, broken teeth 2 black eyes and is in a puddle of blood. He said she fell? he lost his job over this, So WHAT, Think about it! http://www.prisonplanet.com/articles/february2008/021908_thug_cop.htm

Alert | Bet she won't drink and drive again any time soon.
Drunks can be stupid, loud, and obnoxious when they get to jail. Just like her. I bet she did land on her face.
Martial law. Me thinks not. Take a deep breath and step away from the computer.

If you are a USN Retiree, you know what the constitution says, and took an oath to protect it, correct!

Alert | Officer fired. Officer suspended with no pay. There is no martial law or martial law prisons. I do not understand what you are freaking out about. What about the old fat lady in the wheel chair who was swinging the knives and got tasered?
Should the drunk lady been allowed to make her calls? Or walk out of the room. No, she was drunk, argumentative and screaming. Just becuase she was stupid doesn't mean she has immediate rights to do XXX she wants.
Your dog is sniffing the wrong tree. you need to wrap your war against something worthy of fighting.
Good luck with that Ron Paul poster hanging thing. Just don't hang the crap on my fence.

Alert | ALANF, this is just a portion of how this all starts, her and there, then we start to accept it, as if the person did something wrong, then we start thinking its ok.
Im glad you disagree with me, as I do not feel everything I say is right or wrong, Im passionate about what Im learning, and Martial Law is already here, BOMB sniffing dogs and FULL military police on AMTRACK here in the USA, and our rights are not violated? Bushes regime is more worried about protecting the phone comapanies than he is the American Citizens, whom was violated

Alert | Okay, that wheelchair one was pretty bad (though I started laughing after seeing it for the 100th time). What was she thinking...LOL. That guy will get paid..big. The officer is screwed. I just wonder what the guy said to the officer that made her not believe his disability.... I'm still laughing...sorry.
There are bad apples. Do you think every person should have the right to do whatever they want without consequences? Granted, sometimes things get out of line. But don't hang this on martial law. Stupid stuff happens to stupid people.

Alert | If you search the web, you can find justification for almost any paranoid fantasy. We need to step back an examine them with common sense. If, as you say, we are living under martial law, George Bush would be in charge and would have imposed it. If he has imposed martial law, why have the Democrats in congress, the Democratic candidates for President, and the liberal press (who hate Bush) not complained? Why is he allowing the constant criticism of him to continue? I'm as up for a good conspiracy theory as anyone, this one does not pass the smell test.

Alert | I don't agree with the idea of a martial law conspiracy, but I don't agree with AlanF either about the woman in the first video. Perhaps she was drunk (can't quite tell what she was.. she wasn't slurring though), perhaps she was enraged from the situation. In any case, it's obvious that the officer is lying and beat the cr@p out of her--nobody sustains those kinds of injuries and in multiple places from 'falling.' Give me a break. To say that excessive force was used is an obvious understatment.
Look, I'm the first to say that an officer should use any force necessary in a situation against a violent, dangerous criminal. Also, I think that some cops are placed in situations that would make anyone snap. But let's look at this situation. There was no danger to the officer's life, the victim was cuffed, and he could have easily taken any number of rational measures to sedate her (maybe even just locking her in a cell and letting her rant to the walls until she calmed down). Instead he lost his cool, causing him to beat the hell out of someone who was in no position to do harm to him and was cuffed with no control over her situation. If that officer had such a lack of control over his temper in such a non-threatening situation, than imagine how out of control he must be dealing with the much more stressful situations that he could face on the street. The man is obviously unfit to wear the uniform. But to say that it's a conspiracy is pretty overboard. It's a situation of a cop losing it and doing something clearly wrong. The precinct is at fault for placing a greater emphasis on protecting their own (by covering the full truth) than on doing what's right--but this again is not a conspiracy.

Alert | The cops acted like jerks. They'll get punished. The government didn't tell them to suddenly start treating innocent people like dogs. Don't be a moron and get arrested and you won't have a problem. Oh, and don't protest either, they don't do any good and you'll only get gassed or shot with rubber bullets.
Until the military starts cruising 347 in tanks, which would be cool, I see no martial law. | | Despite All My Rage I Am Still Just A Rat In A Cage
