Tried, gave me the confidentiality line, ok last night was his responsibility to the citizens of Maricopa.  They didn't create the boon doggle deal, he should of stepped up and help clear up quite a few unanwsered questions.  Marty kind of opened the price box up, but just couldn't get all the info out needed.  I figured my numbers off of 65,300.00  which I thought was the figure given.  If I am off please accept my apology and I will do a recalc.  It is really hard to come up with a true number since they leave too many open ended expense areas.   1. Parking Lot  Construction Cost  2. Minor Land Split  3. Survey  4.Appraisal Fees  5. Escrow /Title Fees  (2)  buy sell agreements 6. EPA Clean Certificate 7.  Legal Fees  (Church/City Use and Terms of Use Agreement.  8.  Any other misc. unforseen expenses.
