I know its a bit late and its a long shot... but since every one is so against McCain I thought I'd extend the offer to help the last true conservative in the Presidential race... Mike Huckabee.

What can be done from Arizona? Plenty. We can still make phone calls to other states, contribute to mailing campaigns, etc.

Click Here for more info on making phone calls for Mike!

For any other grassroots ways to chip in, join Huck's Army! We are 17,000 strong and organized in every state.

I don't know if it can still be pulled off, but we might as well try. Before you give up voting in November, give it one last push to stop John McCain.

Sorry no... the Huckabee campaign is continuing. If they were in bed together Huckabee would be dropping out today and he is not.

As much as I dislike McCain........but.....

Mike Huckabee said this

Treat AIDS as plague to be isolated, not civil rights issue. (Nov 1992)

No states rights for moral issues like abortion. (Nov 2007)

Hate abortion but allow it is like hate slavery but allow it. (May 2007)

Opposes "hate crimes" legislation. (Sep 2007)

First Amendment never intended to shut out voices of faith. (Jan 2007)

As much as I hate McCain he is the lessor of two evils, he will not bring the assault weapon ban back. That's pretty much all I care about.

True religious whack-job.

He needs to pull his head out of the bible and into the constitution.

Sad to say, that ship has left the dock. It's over, McCain will be the Rep candidate. With his pro-amnisty position I will be unable to vote for him. Will go 3rd party or sit out the election for the first time.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure that I won't be voting this year either because there is no lesser of two evils this time around. There are simply two evils with different agendas, but both still evil. Of course this is refering even to the Dem side with the Clinton/Obama ticket or the Obama/Clinton ticket lol.

Maybe if Obama wins and doesn't run with Hilary, I might consider voting for him, but it will not be because I back him, it will be because I can't stand McCain. It's not a fantastic use of my vote, but at least it would be one less for McCain and one more for his opponent?!

I'm afraid you may be right, but I'm still giving it all I've got. I've been behind Huck since last October when he only had 5% support around the country, so being down is no difference to me.

That would be a target rich environment. I was trained on the M-1 and M-14 so would need to be updated.

Hearing some of McCain's speach at CPAC I'm starting to think that Romney made a deal with McCain. There is all this talk about uniting the party together. My guess is that McCain picks Romney for VP. Unless Huck beats them first

I prefer the M1a over the M16, minus the ammo prices and maintenance, soft bolts and the fact that Springfield Armory has turned to crap, but ill take an old Polytech m14 with a USGI bolt with match barrel and top it off with a NightForce 5.5x24 anyday of the week!

Yeh, how do you give a vertical butt stroke with a plastic weapon?
