Rudy is on a roll... talk about a GREAT speech. I know some will think he was bashing but name one thing he said that wasn't true.

Obama is light on experience and on the experience he does have he has issues making a decision.

McCain is BY FAR the best candidate in the race now.

Great start... now lets hear from the next VP, Sarah Palin.

Rudy spoke the truth, which seems rather "anti-media"......

hey wompus, how did the last person with a lot of experience as a governor, do when they got into office? oh thats right, that would be dubya and he has brought the country into the crapper. just love the justification that since she has had less than 2 yrs experience as a governor she is much more qualified than Obama. so stupid, again they dont discuss how they are going to fix the country, just go on&on with the same lame talking points. its not going to fool anyone, republicans days in charge are over hopefully once and for all........

oh yeah, why did they try to recall her as mayor of that podunct (sp?) town she was a mayor of? also, why did she leave that town with 20 mil worth of debt&try to ban certain books from the library she found offensive&when the librarian refused to comply, she tried to fire here too? not to mention the bipartison investigation of her on her alleged abuse of power while she was governor?  also, she claims the war was gods will or something to that affect, back in 06 or so? what is the right wings fascination with equating stuff to God? cant believe there are really that many dumb people who fall for all this nonsense the reps spew out

Right Riki, the world is so bad it is about to end. Try the doom and gloom on someone else.

Just because Bush didn't turn Iraq back into the garden of eden doesn't make him an evil man.

Just for once try to think for yourself instead of using talking points.

I really hate to make you think about facts instead of reason, but Palin DOES have more experience than Obama. It is FACT not opinion. Obama has done NOTHING in the Senate. Now try not to cry but your candidate is simply iinferior to both the Presidential candidate and the Vice Presidential candidate. Lets hear how his YOUTH in Indonesia gives him foreign policy experience.... lets hear how his being a community organizer gives him experience in ..... well anything remotely important.

BTW, Palin did a great job tonight. She made her point, did not falter and told the truth. She has the executive experience and Obama does not.

My favorite line was that Obama has written 2 memoirs but has yet to publish anything worthwhile in the senate... or maybe it was when she said "I guess a small-town mayor is sort of like a 'community organizer,' except that you have actual responsibilities."

It's simple for me...Do you want more government spending are money? Or can we simply spend are own money as we see fit. Obama wants most of your money for the slackers so we can all be even.

Obama is looking for the poor man or unfortunate person, vote for me and I will give you part of what the hardworker or rich man has.

McCain... work hard and try to make yourself something and you might get there,, if not try again.

Palin can't give a speech to save her life! I've seen better speeches at a PTA meeting.

Hey Ringo!

I'm a hard worker and I'm voting for Obama.

drummer, why were you at a PTA meeting? Free cookies and punch?

It is official, you are a whiner and a sore loser. She gave a GREAT speech and there is nothing you can do to take that away from her.

Now you can go back to your Designing Women and leave the adults to talk.

It's more like Dancing with the Stars, the uncut version.

Get your facts straight. I prefer to wear my pink feather scarf while watching a real show.

Now, go back to Discovery "Dogfights", or whatever it is macho guys like you do on  wednesday in your overalls.

The Palin speech tonight was by far the best political speech given in this entire campaign. All I can really say is WOW!

Hmm, apparently not. Is Obama winning by a landslide in polls?  That'd be a NO. It kind of tells you something...and BTW, the last Democrat president was IMPEACHED for not following the simple rules that the executive office was supposed to enforce. Wow, what a success...Not.

Don't you think the Republicans think the same thing when they hear liberals spew their whiny, uninformed rants? Because that is what at least half the country thinks.

I doubt you even watched it. Then again, I would probably be angry too if I were a liberal watching it.

I hold no loyalty to either party, I do believe McCain played the "CHICK CARD" hmmmm who would have thought?

IMO Her speech was pretty impressive! Not enough to persuade me to vote Republican though! The next few weeks will be much more exciting now that she is onboard. So hey who knows!!!!

Maybe she should run as president and McCain as VP. He sure did play the "chick" card but she seems to be holding her own and then some. I'll give her that. Still on the fence, damn who do I vote for? The facists who want to spend my tax dollars on more wars, or the commies who want to spend my tax dollars on who knows what....

You beat me to it.  One of my favorites line of her speech as well.  I have been for McCain all along, but not too excited about it.  With Palin I feel like we have a normal person running for office, not the lesser of 2 evils.  Its so refreshing!

Exactly. I might have begrudgingly voted for McCain before Palin was involved, but now I feel like I am proud to be voting for her ticket (which probably should be flipped, judging by the support for her, lol).
